These are old, but I just wanted to share them again. Sofia was about 5 months old here...super cute !!!! This was her first trip down by the lake.

Easter Egger

I think we'll have Sofia make her first Ukrainian Easter egg this year. In a couple of weeks it'll be time to decorate them and then throw them on the floor !!!

The Alphabet at 20 Months !!!

Watch Sofia sing The Alphabet Song, sing Oh Canada, count in English and Ukrainian, light a match, floss, and make toast !!! ( I'm only kidding about the counting ! )

Sofia's Uncle - Borat Sagdiyev

Uncle Borat ( we call him Uzyk, from my Mom's side ) sent us this video of himself in Savannah Georgia, learning more about the game of baseball(s). Sofia's uncle is very eager to learn the ways of Western culture, and we are so excited about having him stay with us next month. His house in Almaty was destroyed by many Uzbek gypsies, so he must live with us for one year.

Another baseball season is upon us, and it looks like a good one here in Toronto. Sofia's pretty much given up on the Leafs as of this weekend...so bring on the crack of the bat, the double play, the diving catch, and potty training !!! GO JAYS GO !!!

First Entry - ABC 123 Oh Canada and The F Bomb

Yes, well....took almost two years, but here we are !
Kika has about 59896 words she can say, sing, mumble and scream.

She can sing all her abc's at 22 months, count to about 10, but misses 4, 7, 8 and 9 and is fully trained at the potty mouth and not the potty !!!!

F Bomb's and Sh*! Sh*! Sh*! Sh*! Sh*! Sh*! at the change and dinner table are triggered when Dad starts to laugh !!!!

I try not to laugh...but I can't help it !!!

When I burned our dinner last week on the BBQ, and said how crap the chicken tasted...There she was - perfect timing - with about 34 Sh*!'s shouted back at me, agreeing that her chicken was awful.

Now that I think of it, she made dinner a whole lot better !
